What if my product arrives broken or defective?
Please contact us within three (3) days of receiving your product and we will replace it at no additional cost.

When will I receive my replacement?
Your replacement will be prioritized and shipped within one (1) week of contacting us. The replacement will mail via UPS Ground and a tracking number will be provided at the time of shipment.
